All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Funbook does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing adheres to the highest level of bank-grade security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1 certification).

• To generate, deliver, and manage your digital QR vouchers and booking reservations.

We never sell your personal data. We only share information with:

• Activity & Experience Vendors: When you purchase or book an experience, relevant details (your name, voucher QR code, and booking slot) are shared with the participating vendor so they can fulfill your service.
• Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure, transactional email providers, and payment processors (Stripe) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, regulation, or legal process in New Zealand.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secured data centers utilizing industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We implement role-based access control and continuous security monitoring.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
